Are you involved in a training program? Is your training really helping you to "play better golf." There is a huge difference between "working out" and "training for sport." Take a look at this "sample" golf workout http://www.coreperformance.com/workout.php?p=1&s=2&id=4 this site also has a free trial membership to help get you started with everything you will need to feel and play your best!

Hey Jeff!  I am working hard to get in shape for the '09 season and I have a question.  I swing at about 95-100 mph right now and I'd like to increase that (of course).  What is the best way to measure your results as you go along working out and adding strength?  Also, is "strength" in itself enough to increase swing speed?  Are there factors that go into increased swing speed that the average joe doesn't understand?

Thanks!

Hi Jeff,

Did you get a chance to look at the kvest as yet. If so did you think it was catering to a one or two plane action.

thks

Robert,

The k-vest in my opinion is definitely a two-plane action. I have been in it myself and to fit into their tolerance you need quite an upright posture.
